A comprehensive 1-hour session where we record your detailed history and current challenges. This session helps us determine the best approach for ongoing therapy. Cost: £100.

Start Your Recommended Therapy

Begin the recommended therapy, whether individual, group, or coaching. Together, we agree on a timeline and number of sessions tailored to your needs.

Receive a Final Report

At the end of your time with Mensah Wellbeing, you will receive a detailed report summarizing your participation and progress in therapy.
